The journey of a professional Mobile Legends: Bang Bang player has not always begun with a grand dream of becoming a superstar. In many cases, it has been small steps and modest plans that have ultimately carried a player onto the biggest stage. This reality has perfectly described the path of AE Yazuke, Alter Ego’s young jungler who has now stood at the center of Indonesia’s MLBB spotlight.

The name AE Yazuke has become synonymous with consistency, strong mentality, and elite-level mechanics. However, behind his current status as one of Indonesia’s top junglers, there has been a far simpler story. There had been no grand ambition to break into the MPL, let alone to compete on the M7 World Championship stage.

That contrast has made AE Yazuke’s story both relevant and inspiring. He has represented a clear example of how opportunity, hard work, and mental readiness have been able to change the course of a career entirely. From merely wanting to play a single season in MDL, Yazuke has now stood shoulder to shoulder with the biggest names on the international stage.

Exclusively to Dunia Games, AE Yazuke has shared his honest story about a journey he never planned from the beginning—a journey that has now carried him into the ranks of the most feared junglers in MLBB.

AE Yazuke Has Received an Unexpected Blessing

At present, AE Yazuke has been widely regarded as one of the best junglers in Indonesia. That status has not come without reason. He has successfully led Alter Ego to the grand final of MPL ID Season 16, while also delivering an impressive performance at the M7 World Championship. For a debutant at the highest level, such achievements have clearly gone far beyond expectations.

AE Yazuke’s promotion to MPL ID Season 16 had taken place after he had guided Alter Ego X to the MDL championship. His dominant performances in MDL had opened the door, but the transition to MPL has never been easy. Many MDL players have struggled to adapt to the tempo, pressure, and quality of opponents in MPL. AE Yazuke, however, has managed to answer that challenge with remarkable speed.

In MPL ID Season 16, AE Yazuke has immediately proven that he was far more than just a roster addition. He has played with confidence, maintained discipline in objective control, and shown maturity in reading the flow of the game. That combination has allowed Alter Ego to reach the grand final, a major achievement for a team that relied on a young jungler as its central pillar.

The peak of AE Yazuke’s proof has come at the M7 World Championship. On the world stage, he has delivered an outstanding performance and has recorded himself as the player with the highest total kills, reaching 116 kills. That figure has not merely represented statistics, but has stood as concrete evidence of consistency and controlled aggression at the highest level of MLBB competition.

What has made the achievement even more special is the fact that AE Yazuke has outperformed legendary names. He has managed to defeat KarlTzy, a player often referred to as the GOAT of MLBB, as well as SRG’s jungler Sekys, who has been known for his efficiency and discipline. Surpassing both names on the M7 stage has firmly reinforced AE Yazuke’s capacity as a world-class jungler.

Interestingly, none of these achievements had ever been part of AE Yazuke’s original plan. He has revealed that from the very beginning, his intention to play in MDL had only been a temporary step before returning his focus to education.

“My initial plan was that after I passed the MDL Alter Ego trial, I would play one season in MDL and then go back to college. But it turned out that the opportunity was bigger than that. From MDL, I could move to MPL and even M7. I didn’t want to waste that chance,”

That statement has shown another side of AE Yazuke. Behind his aggressive and confident in-game performances, he has remained a grounded and realistic individual. There has been no excessive euphoria, nor ambition that has exceeded his own capacity. Instead, when opportunity arrived, he chose to maximize it.

AE Yazuke’s decision not to let that opportunity slip has become a crucial turning point in his career. Many young players hesitate when forced to choose between education and an esports career. In this case, AE Yazuke has recognized a momentum that was simply too valuable to let go.

That mentality has later been reflected in his playstyle. AE Yazuke has been known as a jungler who dares to take risks, yet remains rational. He has understood when to play aggressively, when to hold back, and when to hand over the spotlight to his teammates.

At M7, AE Yazuke’s performance has not only been about topping the kill chart. He has also become a key factor in map control, objective execution, and tempo management. All of this has demonstrated a level of maturity rarely seen in players who have only recently been promoted to MPL.

AE Yazuke’s journey from MDL to MPL, and eventually to M7, has proven that an esports career path has not always been linear. At times, simple plans have opened the door to far greater achievements. The key has been readiness to work hard when opportunity presents itself.

Today, AE Yazuke is no longer merely a young talent from Alter Ego. He has transformed into a symbol of Indonesia’s new generation of junglers—players who have not only been mechanically gifted, but also mentally mature. With age and experience still on his side, AE Yazuke’s future in the MLBB scene has looked exceptionally bright.

What began as a plan to play one MDL season before returning to college has now become proof that opportunity and hard work can carry someone far beyond their original plans. And for Indonesia’s MLBB scene, the rise of AE Yazuke has been a major gain born from a journey that was never expected in the first place.
