Usually, ninjas in Naruto's world unleashed their techniques, either ninjutsu or genjutsu - through Hand Seals, a series of hand gestures; from one to two moves to many sequential movements. But, did you know that several Jutsus can be activated without using Hand Seals? Let's check out this list.

4. Hiraishin no Jutsu

Also known as Flying Thunder God Technique. This technique was created by Tobirama Senju and later developed by Minato Namikaze. This Jutsu can be used only with objects that have been marked with a special seal.

After that, the user can teleport at will to places or objects that have been marked with the aforementioned seal. Using a special kunai, Minato can execute many Hiraishin techniques.

3. Rasengan

Another Minato Namikaze's special Jutsu, which he developed for three years after seeing Bijudama's workings. Not only it can be used without Hand Seals, as soon as the Rasengan formed, it also does not consume chakra anymore, so the usage is quite economical.

2. Shikotsumyaku

This kekkei genkai provides the ability to manipulate bone growth by mixing chakras with calcium in the body, making the body to have impenetrable defenses. It's safe to say to call Shikotsumyaku as the 'strongest taijutsu technique ever existed'.

Regarding the use without any Hand Seals, this Jutsu is already embedded in the user's body, so Kimimaro only needs to remove his extraordinarily dense bones to be used directly in a fight.

1. Eye Mind Reading

A unique technique used by a spy ninja named Hanare in Naruto Shippuden Episode 191. With this Jutsu, Hanare can read the mind of his target through the eyes without the target noticing; even use it to himself to restore or delete certain memories.

Strangely, it was said that this technique could be used by performing 'Hand Seals through the eyes' of the user. It's not clear what that means, but it's clear that this move is not a dojutsu because it can be copied by Kakashi's Sharingan - which imitates Jutsu by copying other people's movements.
