ENC 2026: Esports Nations Cup 2026 is one of the most anticipated esports tournaments this year as it introduces a new country-based competition format. The event will bring together players from various nations on a global stage in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, running from November 2 to November 29, 2026.

This tournament marks the inaugural edition of the Esports Nations Cup organized by the Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF). Unlike typical esports competitions, ENC 2026 does not use organization-based teams. Each player will represent their country, creating a competitive atmosphere similar to international sporting events.

ENC 2026: Full Tournament Schedule

ENC 2026 will run for nearly a full month, with matches divided based on game categories. This format ensures that each title has a clear competition window without overlapping schedules.

From November 2 to November 8, 2026, several major titles will kick off the tournament. Dota 2, chess, PUBG Mobile, and Rocket League will set the tone in the opening stage.

Between November 8 and November 15, 2026, the competition intensifies. VALORANT, Counter-Strike 2, PUBG, and Fatal Fury will take center stage. This phase is expected to be highly competitive, especially in the FPS genre.

From November 17 to November 22, 2026, EA Sports FC, Rainbow Six Siege, Trackmania, and Street Fighter 6 will be played. This stage will highlight both individual players and smaller team formats.

The final stage will take place from November 23 to November 29, 2026. Popular titles such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Honor of Kings, League of Legends, and Apex Legends will determine the champions in each category.

The schedule is designed so viewers can follow the tournament progressively without missing key moments.

ENC 2026: Tournament Format and National Team System

ENC 2026 uses a national team format that differs from most esports tournaments. Each country must have a National Team Partner (NTP) to obtain a participation license.

The NTP is responsible for forming the national team, including player selection and logistics. They also appoint a National Team Manager (NTM) who oversees all team operations during the tournament.

The manager then selects coaches for each game. These coaches determine the final roster and strategies.

In team-based games such as 5v5, there are restrictions on player composition. A maximum of three players can come from the same esports organization, and substitutes are also limited.

These rules aim to maintain competitive balance and prevent dominance by a single organization.

For eligibility, each player must hold valid citizenship for at least one year before registration. Players with dual citizenship can only represent one country throughout the tournament.

Age requirements vary depending on the game. Some titles allow players as young as 13, while others require a minimum age of 18.

ENC 2026: List of Games Featured

ENC 2026 features a total of 16 games across multiple genres, making it one of the most diverse esports tournaments.

The lineup includes Dota 2, Counter-Strike 2, VALORANT, and League of Legends as major PC esports titles.

On the mobile side, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and PUBG Mobile are included, both of which have massive player bases, especially in Asia.

Other titles such as Apex Legends, Rainbow Six Siege, and PUBG strengthen the battle royale and FPS categories.

Additional genres are also represented. EA Sports FC brings sports simulation, Trackmania covers racing, while Street Fighter 6 and Fatal Fury represent fighting games.

Interestingly, chess is also part of the lineup, showing that the tournament embraces both action and strategic gameplay.

This variety allows more countries to compete based on their strengths.

ENC 2026: Prize Pool and Distribution

ENC 2026 offers a significant prize pool distributed across all games. Every participating player is guaranteed to receive prize money.

Major titles such as Dota 2, Mobile Legends, VALORANT, and League of Legends each feature prize pools of up to 1.5 million USD.

Other games like Counter-Strike 2 and Rainbow Six Siege offer around 1.32 million USD, while PUBG exceeds 1 million USD.

Smaller-scale titles like Trackmania and Fatal Fury still provide competitive rewards, even with lower total prize pools.

This approach ensures a more balanced distribution, giving all participants a fair opportunity to earn from the competition.

ENC 2026: Indonesia and National Team Preparation

Indonesia is confirmed to participate in ENC 2026 through the Indonesian Esports Association (PBESI) as the National Team Partner.

PBESI will handle the entire player selection process across all games, including appointing coaches and building strategies.

The National Team Manager for Indonesia is Glorya Famiela, who is responsible for coordinating all game divisions.

Indonesia has strong potential in several titles, especially Mobile Legends and PUBG Mobile, which have historically been its strongest areas.

With experience in international tournaments, the Indonesian team is expected to compete at a high level.

ENC 2026: Publisher Support and Global Scale

ENC 2026 is supported by major game publishers. Electronic Arts, Tencent, KRAFTON, and Ubisoft were among the first partners announced.

They are later joined by Moonton, Chess.com, and SNK, strengthening the tournament lineup.

Official publisher support ensures that each competition follows standardized rules and maintains high-quality gameplay.

This backing also highlights the global scale of ENC and its potential for long-term growth.

ENC 2026: A Biennial Tournament with Rotating Hosts

ENC is designed as a biennial event. After the 2026 edition, the tournament will return in 2028 at a different location.

This rotation system gives other countries the opportunity to host the event.

It also brings economic and promotional benefits to host nations while expanding the global esports ecosystem.

ENC 2026 introduces a fresh concept with its national team format. Its long schedule, diverse game lineup, and substantial prize pool make it a must-watch event.

With strong publisher support and participation from many countries, ENC 2026 has the potential to set a new benchmark in international esports competitions.

For Indonesia, this is a chance to showcase its strength on the global stage. Careful preparation will be key to achieving strong results in this tournament.
