Now, EVOS has announced its roster for MPL ID Season 17.

One rumor from Dunia Games (DG) suggests they are importing renowned Midlaner Angelo "Pheww" Arcangel, the MLBB M2 and M5 World Championship champion, to the team. EVOS Pheww Has Arrived! Ready to Face MPL ID Season 17 with EVOS Esports

EVOS officially announced their roster for MPL ID Season 17 at the "Parade Satu EVOS" event on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at One Belpark Mall, Fatmawati, South Jakarta. There, EVOS introduced the entire lineup of players and staff from all divisions, including the highly anticipated MPL. The long-awaited moment finally arrived, and fans couldn't contain their excitement to see if EVOS Pheww would indeed be the White Tiger squad's new Midlaner.

An introductory video was shown, and sure enough, EVOS Pheww was officially introduced to the White Tigers squad for MPL ID Season 17. Not only Pheww, EVOS also introduced their new player, Patrick Abdul "Treacky" Gofar, who previously played for VL Team in the 2025 National Esports League. They also announced the return of new EXP Laner Kenley Nathanael "Vell" Zefanya, and Hengky "Kyy" was reintroduced as a Roamer.

EVOS Pheww's arrival was greeted with cheers from EVOS Fams and EVOS fans in attendance at the EVOS One Parade. Why not? Pheww is a veteran player, not just any old guard. Pheww won the MLBB M2 World Championship with BREN Esports in 2020, and the M5 World Championship with AP BREN in 2025. In addition to his team achievements, Pheww has also achieved several impressive achievements with the Philippine National Esports Team (SIBOL) MLBB at the 2023 SEA Games in Cambodia, the 2023 IESF World Esports Championship, and was runner-up at the 2024 MSC Esports World Cup.

With Pheww's experience and maturity, EVOS certainly has extraordinary potential. The journey to the MPL ID Season 17 title is about to begin, and hopefully, this time the White Tigers will successfully return to the international stage at the 2026 MSC Esports World Cup.
