[Exclusive] The Reason Why Udil Moved to HomeBois, Said that Alter Ego is No Longer Conducive
When appearing exclusively on DG Cheat episode 125 on Wednesday (6/3), Udil also openly revealed the reason he moved to HomeBois. One of them is because of Alter Ego's condition, which according to him is no longer conducive.
"Yes, it's quite difficult, because there are so many things to consider. First, maybe there's my family, then there's also my business in Indonesia, and I've also been at Alter Ego for several years. However, this might be controversial regarding the statement as to why I moved to Malaysia (HomeBois), but basically, it was because Alter Ego was no longer conducive. After much consideration, the best choice was to move to Malaysia, especially moving to defend the HomeBois team," he said.
He also revealed that one of the unfavorable conditions in question was financial problems.
"What made me move was, as I said earlier, Alter Ego's condition was no longer conducive. Maybe from a financial perspective, I felt that when I was an Alter Ego, it was financially damaged. Then, there were also many other bad things about Alter Ego that I felt "This is not the Alter Ego that I know, and I feel that Alter Ego is starting to lose its identity,"" he said.
He also added that there were too many reasons that finally made him move to HomeBois.
"(Actually) there were too many reasons. Starting from having matters with Celiboy, Ko Delwyn, with the management and coaching staff there were matters. So, it was like it was all wrapped up, and it was like, 'Okay, it can't be done'," he added.
For your information, Udil has now officially joined HomeBois, a team from Malaysia. He and HomeBois have even competed in the Games of the Future 2024 tournament, even though they had to settle for ranking between fifth and eighth.
