8. Oshi No Ko's Story is Happening in the Real World

In the manga of Oshi no Ko, Ai Hoshino is stabbed to death by a person who claims to be a fan who is disappointed with Ai, causing him to end up killing her in front of her children. In fact, this incident is similar to what happened to a real idol named Mayu Tomita on May 21, 2016.

At that time, Mayu, who was only 20 years old, was stabbed by her own fan many times.
