In Tekken 6, it is told that deep in the lush forest, there is a heavily guarded research facility named Bosconovitch, named after the director. Inside the facility, there was a room with a clear capsule, where a young girl was fast asleep, named Alisa Bosconovitch. When the facility was attacked by Yggdrasil and G Corporation, Alisa was then activated due to one of the rebels accidentally awakening her.

But Alisa didn't remember Lee Chaolan when she first woke up and instead fought him. After being defeated, Alisa suddenly remembered who Lee was. After Alisa regained her memory and desire to meet Lars again, Alisa and Lee escaped from the Tekken Force attack.

Alisa is one of Dr. Bosconovitch creations. She's an android that resembles his deceased daughter. Alisa was originally designed and developed for the Mishima Zaibatsu to serve Jin Kazama. Lars Alexandersson accidentally woke her up during an attack from G Corporation, leaving her with amnesia, so the two of them embark on an adventure to regain her memories.

When facing Jin Kazama, he ordered Alisa to reset, erase her memory, and made her turn and attack Lars instead. Lars managed to beat her and Alisa was killed then taken to Lee Chaolan, who specializes in androids. Once she's gained consciousness, Alisa attacks Lee and when defeated, she begins to recall her memories, so they start working together again.

Even though Alisa is an android who's mostly covered with metals, Alisa has skin-like features on certain parts of her body to give her some flexibility. The creator, Katsuhiro Harada, said the reason behind this was the artificial skin serves as a shock absorbing mechanism in Alisa's every movement. In addition to that, each of Alisa's body parts consists of Tungsten Carbide, with outer armor formulated from Titanium and Uranium.
