Boruto: Naruto Next Generation is a popular story about the shinobi world showing various kinds of ninjutsu-style battles making it followed by many loyal fans. Ninjutsu is not the only power in this sequel of Naruto, there’s also scientific power. Therefore Boruto has scientists, one of them is named Amado.

With glasses and facial hair that reminds us of a Marvel character named Tony Stark, Amado is a unique scientist from Kara. Who is this mysterious scientist? Find out here!

1. Knows Every Detail About Otsutsuki 

Everything about the Otsutsuki is very mysterious. Starting from their power, their mission of coming to earth, how to conquer it, until the origin of their original dimension remains a mystery to most humans.

But Amado, who has been following Isshiki Otsutsuki who controls Jigen's body for many years and helps him find and prepare a new container, can certainly know a lot about the Otsutsuki.

Therefore Isshiki Otsutsuki strictly forbids Amado from leaving Kara's headquarters. The reason was because he already knew most of Otsutsuki's secrets which would be very dangerous if they were to spread. If he went out and spread the secret information, Isshiki Otsutsuki wouldn’t hesitate to eliminate him.

2. Can Modify Humans with Scientific Ninja Tools

Unlike other ninja scientists such as Kabuto and Orochimaru who have carried out research for a long time, Amado's past is still mysterious because it has not been widely shown. What we know is that he had been in the field for a long time due to his skills in developing scientific ninja tools and modifying humans.

He can create various shinobi weapons that have never been made by any party and can modify the human body with his weapons. Some Kara members are created by him who he had cloned.

3. A Genius in Science and Tech But His True Power Remains Hidden

According to Kawaki's confession, all of Inner Kara have monster-like powers. Kawaki's acknowledgment means that an Amado as an Inner Kara is also a person who has tremendous power, although until now it is not known what his great power is.

Evidently he can quickly intercept and place a bomb on Shikadai Nara's neck which shows that he isn’t weak. Shikamaru's son may be a genin, but he is a talented shinobi who has undergone a lot of training, defeating Shikadai means Amada is not just a regular scientist.

Besides that, Amado is cunning enough to think of plans and strategies far ahead of everyone else. He was able to get Koji Kashin to eliminate Isshiki Otsutsuki who transformed into Jigen, although he realized that if Isshiki Otsutsuki would rise he would easily be able to defeat Koji Kashin.

His ultimatum for Shikadai Nara turned out to be a lie. Amado only used the original explosives once to warn the Konoha shinobi. Shikadai had in fact never been threatened by the danger from him, but he was able to make Naruto and other Konoha shinobi come to him.

In addition, he betrayed Kara and escaped the headquarters just by talking to Delta. Is he also a Talk no Jutsu user?

4. Moved to Konoha 

In order to carry out his mission, one of Amado’s conditions to provide information about Otsutsuki Isshiki is to be accepted in Konoha. He wants to take refuge in Konoha to continue his research, but with Konoha scientists.

Amado officially became a resident of Konoha, because of the asylum from Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha. Beyond that, there might be other unknown factors for the ex-Kara scientist to be accepted.

5. Loves Dark Jokes

Amado has a penchant for joking with others even though he is often seen as a stiff and serious person, but his jokes can be categorized as dark jokes. For example, he once joked to just eliminate Kawaki so Isshiki Otsutsuki couldn't resurrect in Kawaki's Karma.

Another example of his dark jokes is when he teased by saying that the explosives attached to Shikadai Nara's neck were fake. He told them to Shikamaru straight to his face.

6. Created Jiraiya’s Clone

Amado is also a genius who can make a clone of Jiraiya. Jiraiya's DNA, which had died years before when he fought with Pain Akatsuki, was the main ingredient for creating an artificial human named Koji Kashin, and Koji Kashin have the same stature and fighting skills to Jiraiya, the clone even has better Sage Mode.

The purpose of creating Koji Kashin was to defeat and kill Isshiki Otsutsuki who was in Jigen's body, and became the second plan because Amado's cyborg was destroyed by Jigen.
