Unfortunately, Howard's efforts did not get him a position in the Cleveland police.

6. Has No Superpowers At All

Even though he looks like a duck or a duck mutant, Howard the Duck doesn't have any special or super abilities like a strong duck. Howard the Duck, who once returned to Duckworld, managed to return to Earth (Earth-616) in the Nexus of All Realities in Florida. So when he got there, Howard teamed up with Man-Thing to fight Kong Lomerate. After that, Howard and Bev got jobs at a nursing home in Miami, where they ended up in New Orleans because Bev was kidnapped by the Black Talon as a sacrifice intended by a voodoo cult.

Status Quo once caused a giant demonstration in Central Park, causing a lot of chaos. Noticing the chaos, Spider-Man tries to quell the mobs and prevent them from spreading outside Central Park. Unfortunately, Howard is instead being chased by some anti-mode thugs who think he's trying to perpetuate mode himself. Spider-Man ends up teaming up with Howard and the two manage to expose Status Quo as a hypocritical terrorist on camera.

15. Howard the Duck Turns Out Can't Swim

Even though he doesn't have super powers, Howard the Duck has the intelligence that could potentially become the smartest creature in the world. But alas, Howard has let his intelligence decline over time, but he still has the potential to get smarter. Besides that, Howard also has a weakness that doesn't even make sense as a duck, he can't swim like a duck in general.
