9. Robert Englund, The Iconic Freddy Krueger’s Actor
Although the new monster Vecna is also inspired by Freddy Krueger's character, the actor who plays it is not the actor from Freddy Krueger (A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)). But the iconic actor Freddy Krueger turns out to also have a role in Stranger Things: Season 4, where Robert Englund plays Victor Creel who also has a relationship with the monster Vecna.

13. E.T (1982) was a Source of Inspiration
Stranger Things directors, the Duffer brothers once stated that E.T (1982) was one of the inspirations for the fourth season of Stranger Things. He said that “California has its own very distinctive color, and for the California setting in this series we wanted to include an E.T. into it,” said Ross Duffer in his statement.
14. Shooting in 3 Different Locations
Not only is it known to be in California, season 4 has also been confirmed to be shooting in several different locations. Season 4 is known to undergo the shooting process in 3 different places, namely in Atlanta, Georgia, United States (US); Albuquerque, New Mexico (USA); and Lithuania.
