Rine’s Fanny has yet to make an appearance in MPL ID S15, but he has already become one of the most talked-about rookies this season.

Coming to Alter Ego from a background as just a booster player and a member of Party Anomali, many doubted his capabilities at first. However, Rine has proven to have extraordinary talent.

While he has been competing for a long time, he was stuck at the MDL level. His most notable stint was with Pendekar Esports, where he never got the recognition he deserved.

Not much was expected from Rine this season, especially since Alter Ego already had Gebe as a jungler eager to prove himself. Gebe even performed decently in the preseason.

But reality has been different. Rine has clearly outclassed Gebe, delivering exceptional performances throughout the first three weeks of MPL ID S15. Thanks to his impact, Alter Ego holds a 4-2 record and sits in third place.

God-Tier Mechanics: How Good is Rine’s Fanny?

One of Rine’s deadliest weapons is his insane mechanics. He thrives on playing assassin heroes in the current META, fully utilizing his aggressive playstyle to dominate his opponents.

Unfortunately, he hasn’t had the chance to play Fanny this season. The hero is considered "forbidden", almost always getting banned. In just three weeks of MPL ID S15, Fanny has been banned 58 times.

The only times Fanny was left open were for Bigetron Esports and Dewa United Esports.

With all eyes on Rine, many are eager to see his Fanny in action. Even Alter Ego’s head coach, Xepher, confirmed that Rine’s Fanny is top-tier and it’s only a matter of time before he showcases it in MPL.

"Rine can play Fanny, guys. It’s just a matter of time before he pulls it out. One day, the enemy will assume he won’t play Fanny, and then—boom—he picks it out of nowhere and shocks everyone," Xepher said on his live stream.

"Let’s keep it a secret weapon, okay? Don’t tell anyone. Fanny Rine vs. K1ngkong’s Fanny? K1ngkong’s Fanny is nothing compared to Rine’s. You guys just haven’t seen it yet. Once you do, it’ll be banned for sure," added the former Dota 2 pro player.
