1. Anaconda 3: Offspring

In the past Anaconda became one of the horror films that were quite terrifying. Debuting in 1997 and starring Jennifer Lopez, this film sets the standard for giant CGI snakes that didn't seem smooth. Even the CGI is getting worse in each sequel.

One of the worst was Anaconda 3: Offspring starring David Hasselhoff as the mad scientist who breed these monstrous beasts. The story of this film is pretty good, unfortunately from the CGI, this film can't present many interesting things.

2. I Am Legend

I Am Legend is one of the best horror films ever made. At first, the director of this film chose to use prosthetic on the figure of Vampire Darkseeker in this film. Lawrence felt that the effect he had created by himself wasn't very good so he polished it with CGI.

As a result, this CGI is so bad that critics say it's worse than any prosthetic. In the end, Will Smith's film which was adapted from the classic horror novel by Richard Matheson, made experts split in opinion.

3. 3-Headed Shark Attack

Legend said that three heads are better than one, but whoever is responsible for the quote never imagined how a three-headed shark produced by CGI cannot deliver a satisfying quality from the visual side.

Here we see a mutated three-headed shark causing chaos. 3-Headed Shark Attack is the sequel to 2012's 2-Headed Shark Attack. Although it brings more chaos, making a three-headed shark with minimal CGI is a bad thing.

4. Ice Spiders

Only SyFy can be responsible for a low-budget movie like Ice Spiders. This film takes Utah as a place of survival for people when it is surrounded by strange big spiders. It turned out that a research center down the street from the ski resort had conducted a strange experiment on spiders, and then the spiders had escape.

The colour of the CGI spiders in this film is green. The two-dimensional evil that is tucked into the Utah landscape is super weird! Yes, bad CGI really ruins everything in this film.

5. Birdemic: Shock and Terror

Birdemic: Shock and Terror pays tribute to Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds. Unfortunately, this film was made with very bad CGI. This James Nguyen film is best known for its poorly made CGI.

It's crazy that even though the film has been criticized, Nguyen still presents a sequel, Birdemic 2: The Resurrection, which is also no better in terms of visuals than the previous film.
