The action genre is quite popular among moviegoers with all of the daring scenes. One of the more popular sub-genres is heist. Heist movies focus on heist scenes, coupled with some plot twists. 1. Bonnie and Clyde (1967)
Set in 1929 during the Great Depression, Clyde Barrow and Bonnie Parker meet by accident when Clyde tries to steal Bonnie's mother's car. Instead of reporting him to the police, Bonnie, tired of her job as a waitress at a local restaurant, follows Clyde and becomes his criminal partner. At first, it's just the two of them, but along the way, they meet others who later join Bonnie and Clyde. The criminal duo started off with small petty crimes. But over time, their crime spree leads to bigger and serious ones, and they begin to harm their victims.
2. Reservoir Dogs (1992)
The film follows six strangers who keep their respective identities a secret, hired by the crime boss Joe Cabot to carry out a diamond heist. They are given false names so that they would not know each others' true identities. At first, they are absolutely sure that the robbery is going to be an easy one, but as soon as the police arrive at the scene, they scatter and start to get suspicious over others as two of them end up dying in a crossfire.
3. Snatch (2000)
The story is set in London, about a boxing promoter called Turkish and his up-and-coming boxer Mickey, who gets involved in a crime group. Meanwhile, a diamond robbery is also going on at the same time. The two stories may seem unrelated at first, but later on, they intersect and a connection begins to emerge. The film is directed by Guy Ritchie, and stars Brad Pitt, Jason Statham, Stephen Graham and Vinnie Jones.

Follows a character named Dalton Russell, who pulled off a bank robbery that shocked the whole country. This film focuses on the revelation of a big secret from a bank, the story begins as Dalton and his colleagues manage to rob and hold the workers and customers hostage. To outwit the police, all the hostages are forced to wear the same clothes as the robbers. This film has a very interesting plot and is one of the robbery films that you must watch.

This movie is based on a true story. The bank robbery is not carried out by a group of criminals. The perpetrator is a man named Terry, who desperately needs money for his family. Terry gets invited by an old friend named Martine, who tells him about the bank they are targeting. They dig the ground to get to the bank's vault, and manage to steal money. However, what if they are actually hired by people with hidden intentions?

The movie follows a group of experienced robbers who plan on robbing a bank. The group consists of four friends from the same neighborhood in Charlestown, United States. The infamous group has become the target of the FBI. During one of their heists, they take the bank manager hostage, namely Claire Keesey. But Claire is eventually released as she came from the same area as the robbers. One of the robbers, Doug, is assigned to monitor and approach Claire to ensure that she won't tell their identities. Can Doug remain professional in pulling off this plan?

The betrayal between them also adds to the tension of this movie.

Baby, played by Ansel Elgort, is a young man who looks innocent but actually possesses extraordinary intelligence. Unlike most teenagers his age who love to hang out and party, Baby prefers to listen to music on his iPod and joins criminal gangs to carry out robberies around the city. His impeccable driving skills make him a reliable getaway driver. He has to listen to his music to remain focused and awake.
15. Den of Thieves (2018)
Rey Merrimen is a gang leader who has a well-thought-out but rather crazy plan. Rey invites his criminal gang to rob a bank in a way no other group has ever done. They plan to break into a large bank, where their actions will be blocked by a member of the police tasked with thwarting this robbery.
