But now many games made in China are no longer poor quality.
Games like Genshin Impact and Tower of Fantasy are examples of games from China that can actually compete with games made in Japan and the West. 1. Naraka: Bladepoint
This battle royale game was developed by Hangzhou-based 24 Entertainment and released by NetEase Games Montreal. Naraka: Bladepoint is a game made by Chinese developers. It is a game that is not tinny and is highly recommended to be tried for those who like PVP and battle royale games. The gameplay of this game is similar to fighting games like Tekken and Mortal Kombat combined with the movement and aesthetics of the kung-fu movie Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.
Naraka: Bladepoint is now playable on Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC.
2. Black Myth: Wukong
Lost Soul Aside was the first, Black Myth: Wukong is the second most anticipated game made in China. As the title suggests, this game will definitely remind you of the famous mythological story, Wukong, aka the magic monkey. The gameplay of this game can be said to be like Dark Souls and Nioh, namely hack'n slash with a high level of difficulty. Black Myth: Wukong is made with the Unreal Engine so that it displays attractive graphics and visual.
Black Myth: Wukong is planned to be released in 2024 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC.
3. F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch
F.I.S.T: Forged in Shadow Torch is an action-adventure game that will immerse players in a unique world. This game uses the 2D concept and side-scrolling play style to navigate the map. The storyline of this game is interesting to watch because it features humanoid animals as characters. You will see animals such as cats, rats, bears to red pandas who act like humans in this game. Only the main hero is the rabbit.
F.I.S.T: Forged in Shadow Torch is available on PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
4. Wuthering Waves
Wuthering Waves is a game made by the developer Kuro Game. This game is even predicted to be a rival to Genshin Impact when it's released later. The concept of Wuthering Waves is similar to Genshin Impact, namely players can explore the open world. The difference is the gameplay whereas Wuthering Waves will present a freer fighting style.
Wuthering Waves is still being developed and plans to release it for mobile and PC platforms.
5. Bright Memory: Infinite
Bright Memory: Infinite is a game that has been remade and expanded from the original game released in 2019. Bright Memory: Infinite is a FPS genre game that emphasizes close combat. The story of this game is about Shelia Tan, an agent of the Science Research Organization who is tasked with investigating a mysterious power in the sky.
Bright Memory: Infinite itself is now available on Xbox Series and PC.

Next is Lost Soul Aside, which is one of the most awaited games made by Chinese developers. Judging from the trailer, this game combines the visuals of Final Fantasy XV with the action gameplay of Devil May Cry. The development of Lost Soul Aside can also be said to be fantastic. This game was originally made by one person until it finally formed a studio and was worked on by a team.
Lost Soul Aside is still being developed. This game is an exclusive game for PS5 and PS4.
7. Conqueror’s Blade: Paragons
Conqueror's Blade: Paragons is an MMO game from China that allows gamers to experience adventure in the Medieval world. As a free-to-play game, Conqueror's Blade: Paragons also has pay-to-play elements, cosmetic items, and more. This MMO game itself was developed by a developer from China called Booming Games which offers action and tactical gameplay.

8. Code: To Jin Yong
A Chinese studio named AAA Studio announced that they will adapt the Wuxia novel series into a martial arts game called Code: To Jin Yong. Through the trailer that has been shared, it seems that this game will have stylish elements that combine many astounding movements in the air that are the hallmark of Wuxia.
Code: To Jin Yong allows you to jump a high distance to be able to avoid incoming attacks. The game is developed by Lightspeed Studios, which is owned by Tencent which previously worked on mobile games such as Apex Legends and PUBG. Code: To Jin Yong is planned to be developed on Unreal Engine 5, which Tencent believes will allow developers to embody fantastic martial arts moves like real ones.
9. Honor of Kings: World
In 2021, Tencent Games and TiMi Studio Group announced the open-world version of the Honor of Kings game. This game will be named Honor of Kings: World which will use the action-MMORPG genre. After a year of silence, last November Tencent finally shared gameplay footage for Honor of Kings: World.
It seems that this game will focus on exploration and combat which looks exciting, including how you can play several characters with their own unique fighting styles.
Honor of Kings: World is currently in active development with no definite release schedule. Meanwhile, this game is planned to be available on several platforms, which most likely include consoles and PCs.
10. Wuchang: Fallen Feathers
Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is a game developed by game developer from China, Lenzee Games. They showcased 18 minutes of gameplay for their upcoming new game, which is an action RPG game that has visuals and gameplay that might be like Bloodborne and Sekiro.
This game tells the story of a Chongzhen emperor who commits suicide, causing chaos where warlords fight for strength. In the midst of this chaos, an incident occurred which changed the appearance and attitude of humans, with hair growing on their bodies. Here the players have to find out the truth behind this mysterious change.
Even so, there isn't much information about Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, although it is reported that it will be coming soon for PC and console.
