Marvel’s Spider-Man released in 2018 was one of the best games in Playstation 4. It's undeniable that man people who hoping for the sequel to come out. Their hope granted during the Sony’s Future of Gaming, as the event announced the sequel, titled Spider-Man: Miles Morales, will be released on PlayStation 5 (PS5).

Similar to the previous game, Spider-Man: Miles Morales will also come as a PlayStation exclusive. But, as you can see on the title, the game will focus on Miles Morales, compared to Peter Parker who served as the protagonist in Spider-Man.

In the comics, Miles Morales is a kid that replacing Peter Parker as the masked vigilante to protect New York from supervillains. Miles recently skyrocketed after success in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

As seen in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse trailer, in the Spider-Man: Miles Morales, it featured a song by Kid Cudi. Is this some sort of hint that the game was inspired by Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse which the sequel also in production?

Aside from Miles who takes over as Spider-Man and Peter’s voice at the beginning of the trailer, there’s no further news regarding the storyline will be. Even so, the trailer showed many battles and new explorations. Remembering the first game’s ending, there’s a possibility that we can see new supervillain in this game.

Let’s wait for surprises in Spider-Man: Miles Morales, hopefully, this game can surpass the previous installments in every aspect.
