You may have seen war movies fighting over a country. But what about games that can rule a country? On this occasion, the author would like to discuss the list of games that can dominate a country. For those of you who want to experience being able to dominate a country through games, here's the list!

1. Crusader King

The game by Paradox Interactive will take players to 1066-1453, to be precise in the Medieval era. In the atmosphere of the Crusades, you can play in several countries such as Portugal, France, England, Mongolia, and others. If you want to be able to feel victory in a war that controls other countries, this game is right for you.

2. Land of War - The Beginning

Land of War - The Beginning is an FPS game completely dedicated to World War 2 that took place in Poland in September 1939. The game depicts the war that took place during the German invasion of Poland.

Land of War - The Beginning is the prologue to another game related to World War II. This game is suitable for those of you who really want to win wars and be able to dominate other countries.

3. Samurai Warriors

The Samurai Warriors series by Koei Tecmo presents a very thick Samurai theme. The hack and slash action genre, the Samurai Warriors game series is the successor of the Dynasty Warriors game series which was also created by Koei. The difference is that Dynasty Warriors is set in the story of 3 Kingdoms in ancient China while Samurai Warriors is set in the Japanese civil war or Sengoku Jidai in the 16th century.

This game tells about the historical war of the Samurai from various clans to unite Japan. Historical Samurai figures such as Yukimura Sanada, Mitsuhide Akechi, Miyamoto Musashi and other famous Samurai became playable characters to lead thousands of troops and seize enemy bases and defeat other Samurai army officers.

4. Sengoku Basara

If Samurai Warriors was worked on by Koei Tecmo, Sengoku Basara is a game series created by Capcom. Just like before, this game takes the theme of the Sengoku Jidai war. It's just that the appearance of each character is made (much) more "exaggerated" like Tadakatsu Honda who according to legend is the commander in chief who has never been injured even though he is made into a figure similar to a Gundam robot.

Meanwhile, Masamune Date can use six swords at once like Roronoa Zoro. Interestingly, Date and Zoro also have the same voice actor in the Sengoku Basara and One Piece anime, Kazuya Nakai.

5. Dynasty Warriors

Dynasty Warriors is a game series on the last list that can make players dominate a country. During the Three Kingdoms era, dynasties vied with each other for control of China. Even though they have the same goal, each of them has a different vision after successfully uniting China.

You will see a different storyline each using a different dynasty. This game by Koei Tecmo already has 9 series. For those of you who like hack and slash games and war themes, Dynasty Warriors is the most appropriate choice.
