After holding its first event in 2022, the Gamers to Gamers (G2G) Festival will be held again on 9-10 December 2023 at Thamrin Nine Ballroom, Jakarta to introduce games made by Indonesian game studios, an experience area with a Japanese urban theme, quests to win thousands of prizes, cosplay, and music performances, and bring an unforgettable gaming experience to gamers.

Apart from the G2G Festival, The Lazy Game Awards (TLGA), an annual gaming awards night as a form of appreciation and support for local and international game developers, will also return as part of the G2G Festival series of events.

The Lazy Game Awards will be held on December 9 2023 from 10:00 - 13:00 WIB by presenting nomination readings, game developer interviews, exclusive screening of game teasers or trailers, and entertainment for the participants and invited guests.

This event is also supported by sponsors from well-known brands such as Intel, HP Omen, Aorus, MSI, and many more, who will distribute various prizes at this G2G Festival.

Complete Quests from Various Booths to Get Thousands of Prizes!

Carrying the same spirit, the G2G Festival will give participants the opportunity to complete various kinds of Quests available from Indonesian game developer booths, event sponsors, and various other interesting activities.

For each successfully completed quest, participants will get coins which can be exchanged for prizes with the gaming themes provided.

With a total prize pool of up to 3000 items, visitors can exchange coins in the Marketplace for merchandise from local and international game developers, merchandise from event sponsor brands, and the chance to win the main prize in the form of a PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch.

Coin collection and exchange takes place while the venue is open from 10:00-17:00 every day.

The G2G Festival will be enlivened by dozens of Indonesian Game Developers, where the participants can try their games and watch exclusive trailers for newly released and upcoming games. The following is a list of game developers who participated in this event:

These Game Developers will also be involved in several discussion panels discussing game development and the development of the games industry itself in the G2G Festival session, so that the participants who attend can add insight into this topic.

Several current generation consoles such as PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, and Nintendo Switch will also be provided, as well as Laptop/PC Gaming in the Experience Area which will allow participants to try the latest international games released this year.

Meanwhile for TLGA, several selected Game Developers will be given the opportunity to show the latest teaser or trailer for their game, as well as provide a QnA session regarding the video being shown.

Not only that, because it has a Japanese theme, this time The Lazy Monday will also invite famous cosplayers and a cosplay competition with prizes of millions of rupiah and Japanese-themed music performances.

The voting process will start on 13-27 November 2023, where there will be several nominations for local and international games, as well as talents and teams in the esports field.
