Gran Turismo is a legendary racing game that was hugely popular at rentals in its heyday. Gran Turismo was first released back in 1997, and since has become a successful franchise with 7 iterations in total.

On this occasion, Dunia Games would like to give you a list of cheat codes that you can use in Gran Turismo 2, 3, 4, and 6. Without further ado, let’s get into it.

Gran Turismo 2

Double Your Cash And Garage Space:

In Gran Turismo 2, your garage only holds 100 cars at a time. Hypothetically speaking, let's say you have 100 cars and $10 million credits, save your gameplay twice on two different memory cards. 

Use one card as your primary garage and one as your secondary. Now take the first card and sell all the lower-quality cars then save the game. Now take the secondary card, load up and sell all the higher-quality cars then save the game.

Keep your best race cars on the primary and all others on the secondary. Now you've doubled your garage space to 200 and have doubled your credits with 10 million in each, plus what you got for the sold cars for a total credit of 20 million plus whatever earned on sold cars, split between the two garages. 

If you need to transfer a car from one garage to the other, use the data transfer mode on the main menu by buying the cars from each garage. As you own both garages, you will never lose money. When one garage fills up, you can do it all over again.

Mark Martin’s NASCAR Racecar

Go to the Ford dealership, hit the link for Lineup 2, and buy a Ford Taurus SHO '99 ($30,980). Make sure you have $85,000. Go to the tune-up area and put racing modifications on it.

Extra HP in HP-Limited Races

On the simulation disc, you can use a car with up to 5 more HP on the races (with limited HP). Get items such as race mufflers or computers, but do not equip them on the car. Before the race go into settings and equip the item. The computer will allow around 5 HP more than the allowed limit.

Max Percentage

You can only get 98.2% completion of the game. Although it may seem to be a bug, you can actually get 100% completion. You just need to finish all 4 custom races which appear after the GT WORLD LEAGUE ENTRY page.

You will see an arrow on the upper right-hand corner of the GT WORLD LEAGUE ENTRY page. Click on it, and you'll see 4 more races. Finish all 4 races and you will get 100%.

Note: There is no bonus car for these races nor a trophy even if you finish first in each race.

Unlock the Super License

Earn all licenses (A, B, International-C, International-B, International-A) to unlock the Super License.

The Best Car

Choose the Suzuki Esgundo Special Edition. This car has 950 HP for a top speed way above 200. It costs 2 million dollars and can be found under "special" in the Suzuki section.

Professional Mode

Select arcade mode, then highlight the "Hard" selection on the difficulty selection screen. Hold L1 + R1 until it changes to "Professional".

Gran Turismo 4

Hidden Content

There are a number of "hidden" controls in Gran Turismo 4 that will help you navigate the game easier.

1. On the main Gran Turismo Mode screen, press L1 to jump the cursor to Home, and press R1 to jump the cursor to the country of your vehicle's manufacturer.
2. When looking at your garage in Home, press START to bring up the vehicle settings screen.
3. When changing your vehicle's settings, press START to enlarge the Engine Power/Torque curve.
4. At the end of a series race, press START to skip the finish times and championship points screens.
5. During a replay, press L3 to fast-forward.
6. During a pit stop, press X to stop refueling, letting you get out of the stop faster.
7. With the Driving Force Pro wheel, press any combination of the LEFT, RIGHT, and DOWN buttons on the D-pad to look in that direction while driving.
