[Sunfire Cape]

As a Tank who’s tasked with dishing out damage on enemies, the first item you may want to get is the Sunfire Cape for its additional 400 max HP and 40 Armor. Aside from that, Sunfire Cape also has a Passive which allows him to inflict additional damage to nearby enemies just like his Despair (2).

[Ionian Boots of Lucidity]

Amumu has an Ultimate with a long cooldown. Therefore, he can make good use of the Ionian Boots of Lucidity to reduce his Cooldowns by 10%.

However, if you choose to play a bit more defensive, you can also use either the Mercury’s Treads or Ninja Tabi to increase his Magic Resist or Armor.

[Abyssal Mask]

Next, you can get the Abyssal Mask to increase his attributes, such as max HP, max Mana, Magic Resist, and Cooldown Reduction. Abyssal Mask also has a Passive which restores his Mana equal to 15% of the damage taken and restores his HP equal to 20% of Mana spent.

[Rylai’s Crystal Scepter]

After getting Thornmail, you may want to get Rylai’s Crystal Scepter for its 350 health and 70 Ability Power. With this item, Amumu will be a bit tankier while also capable of dishing out tremendous damage. Apart from that, Rylai’s Crystal Scepter also boasts a Passive that allows you to slow enemies down by 20% with your active abilities.

[Randuin’s Omen]

As for his last item, you can pick Randuin’s Omen to counter the enemy Marksman. This item offers 400 additional health, 50 Armor, with a Passive that reduces damage from critical attacks by 15% and the enemy’s Attack Speed by 15%.

[Upgrade Ionian Boots of Lucidity: Gargoyle Enchant]

For his boots upgrade, you can pick the Gargoyle Enchant to increase your HP by 100%.

[Aftershock]

[Smite]

As a Jungler, Amumu has to use Smite to speed up his jungling process and 20% additional exp. After killing four large jungle monsters, you can upgrade it into Chilling Smite to slow down your targets and give him additional Movement Speed.

[Flash]

Flash is a Spell that works well for any Champion. Almost every Champion uses this Spell to chase down enemies or escaping from them. However, this cooldown for Spell is quite long, 150s.
