1. Item Build

[Manamune]

First off, Kai’Sa can make great use of Manamune. This item benefit Marksman Champions like Kai’Sa. Manamune increases Attack Damage, Max Mana, and Cooldown Reduction. Aside from that, Manamune also has a Passive which grants her Attack Damage equal to 1% max mana.

Manamune also builds stacks of bonus mana and when it reaches the maximum of 700 stacks, it transforms into Muramana (300 mana to 1,000 mana).

[Gluttonous Greaves]

For her boots, you can pick the Gluttonous Greaves for its 8% bonus of Physical and Magical Vamp. With Gluttonous Greaves, Kai’Sa can survive longer in her lane.

[Blade of the Ruined King]

Since Kai’Sa is a Marksman who relies on Attack Speed, you may want to get the Blade of the Ruined King to increase her Attack Speed and Attack Damage. 

On top of that, Blade of the Ruined King also grants a 10% bonus of Physical Vamp and has a Passive which allows Kai’Sa to inflict bonus damage of 6% of the target’s HP.

[Infinity Edge]

Next, you can amplify Kai’Sa’s Damage output with Infinity Edge for its bonus Attack Damage and Critical Rate. Aside from that, it also allows her to inflict 230% damage with her critical strikes.

2. Always use Supercharge (3) for its bonus Movement Speed and Attack Speed;
