Bloody Hunter’s Tough Boots

For her boots, you can pick Tough Boots to increase her Magic Resist as well as to reduce CC effects. By having Tough Boots, Karina will be tankier and sustain longer in team fights.

You can also pick other shoes for the alternatives, such as the Arcane Boots to increase her damage output, or even Warrior Boots if you’re dealing with lots of Physical heroes.

Bruteforce Breastplate

3. Battle Spell

Retribution
