1. Item Build

[Liandry’s Torment]

First, you may want to get the magic item called Liandry's Torment, to increase both his Ability Power and HP. The additional HP from Liandry’s Torment makes Singed tankier and sustain more in the laning phase. 

What makes Liandry's Torment perfect for Singed is the Torment effect that grants him additional Ability Damage of 1% of the target’s max HP for 3 seconds. This effect doubles when the target is slowed or immobilized.

[Mercury’s Treads]

For his boots, you can pick Mercury’s Treads for Singed. Mercury’s Treads grants additional Magic Resist for Singed as well as reduces CC durations.

[Rylai’s Crystal Scepter]

Next, you can get Rylai’s Crystal Scepter for a nice amount of extra max HP and 70 Ability Power. Thus, Singed will have more HP, while also able to dish out massive damage. Aside from that, Rylai’s Crystal Scepter also offers a Passive that grants you a slow effect of 20%, which complements Singed’s Poison Trail (1) really well.

[Dead Man’s Plate]

To increase his sustainability, you can get Dead Man’s Plate for its additional 50 Armor and 300 HP. In addition to that, this item has a Passive called "Momentum", which gives him an extra 50 Movement Speed once you’ve reached 100 stacks.

[Thornmail]

To have an edge over the enemy Marksman, you can pick Thornmail for Singed. Thornmail grants you 75 Armor and 200 HP, making you even tankier.

Apart from that, Thornmail’s Passive grants you Grievous Wounds effect (reduces enemy’s regen) on enemies who attack you with Basic Attacks. So, it’s perfect for taking damages from enemy Marksman or Assassin like Master Yi.

[Morellonomicon]

After getting the Thornmail, you can get the Morellonomicon for Singed. This item grants him 70 Ability Power and 300 HP, making him a bit tankier and making it harder for enemies to kill him. Morellonomicon is also useful to counter Champions who rely on lifesteal in team fights with the Grievous Wounds, an effect that reduces the enemy’s regen.

[Upgrade Mercury’s Treads: Glorious Enchant]

To make it easier for Singed to chase down his targets, you can upgrade your Mercury’s Treads into Glorious Enchant. This item will increase your Movement Speed by 15% for 4 seconds, increasing to 60% towards enemy Champions or Turrets.

2. Rune

[Conqueror]

For his Keystone, Singed can make good use of Conqueror for its 4-12 Ability Power bonus (based on level), up to 5 stacks, with a maximum of 20-60 Ability Power (based on level).

[Weakness]

As a Champion who can spam slow effects on enemies, Weakness is easily the best Rune for him as it allows you to inflict 5% additional damage against slowed or immobilized enemies.

[Spirit Walker]

As for his Resolve, you may want to pick Spirit Walker for its 50 bonus max HP, and 20% slow resistance.

[Manaflow Band]

For the last Rune, you can pick Manaflow Band for additional 30 max Mana (up to 300 Mana) after hitting an enemy Champion with an ability or empowered attack.

3. Spells

[Ghost]

Ghost is a perfect Spell for Singed as it allows him to either chase down enemies or to escape from them. Upon activation, Ghost will increase your Movement Speed, which decays to 25% Movement Speed for 6 seconds.

[Flash]

Flash is a Spell that works well for any Champion. Almost every Champion uses this Spell to chase down enemies or escaping from them. However, this cooldown for Spell is quite long, 150s.

4. Combo

Singed’s combo in Wild Rift is rather simple and can be used in any situation. Here’s a combo you can use:

Poison Trail (1) > Fling (3) > Mega Adhesive (2).

5. Gameplay

1. Don’t hesitate from getting close to your enemies since he has Poison Trail (1) to dish out damage, and Fling (3) to throw your matchup when you start to get overwhelmed.
2. Use Insanity Potion (Ultimate) when you’re looking to get a Kill.
3. You can combine Fling (3) with Flash to snatch a target from a distance.
