The match between RRQ Hoshi vs Team Liquid ID in the upper bracket match of the knockout stage M6 World Championship ended with a score of 2-3 in favor of Team Liquid ID.

In the first game, both teams showed a neat and even game in the early game. However, the game was completely held by Team Liquid ID by putting pressure on RRQ Hoshi's troops. In the end, Skylar CS couldn't withstand TLID's pressure and surrendered at 14:02 with a score of 12-8, the first point for TLID.

Team Liquid again gave an aggressive game in the second game. Skylar who got the snowball couldn't even stem the play from TLID. RRQ's attempt to bring the game to the late game failed to produce a comeback opportunity, so they had to suffer a second defeat with a final score of 13-19 at 22 minutes.

As a result, the final match between RRQ and TLID ended in the fifth game with a score of 13-6 and 24:09 minutes for Team Liquid ID's victory. With this win, Team Liquid advances to the next upper bracket to face Fnatic Onic PH. Meanwhile, RRQ Hoshi dropped to the lower bracket to face the winner between SRG or NPFL.
