One Piece episode 1017 has animation that is no less cool than episode 1015. This episode features the battle of five Supernovas against Kaido and Big Mom. Prior to this episode airing, Toei Animation conducted interviews with the voice actors of Luffy (Mayumi Tanaka) and Trafalgar Law (Hiroshi Kamiya). Here are the results of the interview!

Zoro's voice actor, Kazuya Nakai is worried that Law will attract fans' attention and make him more popular than Zoro. This is because Law looks cooler, plus he wears a katana that is no less cool than Zoro.

Hiroshi Kamiya explained that he wanted to voice the kid version of Law, even though the plan is that the kid version of Law would be voiced by a woman. That's why kid Law's voice didn't sound much different from adult Law. Then, because Law appeared as a cool guy, the director suggested Kamiya to lower his voice to sound cooler.

Then, what is interesting is the scene where the Supernova trio fight against Kaido. To make it look natural, the three seiyuus deliberately talked to Kaido's seiyuu in a tone that wanted to fight. Finally, in the Kid's scene, Toei Animation uses massive CGI which costs a lot of money.
