In the special 1.4 Honkai Star Rail program, HoYoVerse revealed a new character named Huohuo. Interestingly, this character is known to have two voice actors because her body is cursed. Huohuo making a pact with a ghost makes it seem like she has two personalities.

Huohuo is an Abundance/Wind type character who can possibly provide healing and support. This can be seen from Huohuo's splash art shared by HoYoverse. Huohuo was a Foxian and Xianzhou Luofu, like Tingyun and Yukong. She was on the verge of becoming a Ten-Lords Commission Judge.

The voice actor of the English version of Huohuo is Courtney Lin. Lin previously voiced Lan Fan in Fullmetal Alchemist, Empress in Black Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall, and Tarte in The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World. Meanwhile, the ghost in her body is voiced by Adam Michael Gold, who also voices Fuya in NEO The World Ends with You.

For those who don't know, Jingliu and Topaz will be the newest 5 star characters appearing in version 1.4. Reportedly, Seele's banner also reappeared along with one of them. Wait for further news about Honkai Star Rail at Dunia Games!
