HoYoverse's grand annual event, HoYo FEST, is just around the corner! Are you ready? HoYo FEST 2025 will be ready on July 24 to 27, 2025 in six countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Singapore.

HoYo FEST 2025 itself aims to bring a community-focused experience, where fans and players can come together, participate in various activities, and have fun!

Also this year, HoYoverse is looking for artists, cosplayers, performers, creators, or anyone who wants to shine at HoYo FEST 2025, be it in terms of artwork, cosplay, or creative content. 

HoYoverse invites you and your friends to come on stage and showcase your talents and work. All events will be held in Southeast Asia from July 24 to 27, with the following schedule and locations:

• Indonesia: 24^th – 27^th July 2025, 1000 – 2100, Surabaya Convention Center (SCC)
• Malaysia: 24^th – 27^th July 2025, 1000 – 2000, Pavilion Exhibition Centre Bukit Jalil, Hall 1 & 2
• Thailand: 24^th – 27^th July 2025, 1000 – 2000, The Mall Bangkapi, MCC Hall
• The Philippines: 24^th – 27^th July 2025, 1000 –2000, SMX Convention Center Manila, Hall 3
• Vietnam: 24^th – 27^th July 2025, 0900 – 2000, Sky Expo, Hall A5
• Singapore: 25^th – 27^th July 2025, 1000 – 2000, Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Hall 406CXD

HoYo FEST Artist Alley, which was initially introduced in Indonesia and Vietnam in 2024, will now be available for the first time in all countries in Southeast Asia. HoYo FEST Artist Alley allows creators the opportunity to showcase and sell merchandise and artwork inspired by HoYoverse games, such as Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, and Honkai Impact 3.

In addition, this year will also see the addition of a stage event, where cosplayers, performers, and artists can showcase their talents on the HoYo FEST stage.
