The IKL Spring 2026 playoffs were held at Artha Gading Mall in North Jakarta, with the second match pitting Bigetron by Vitality, the champions of the previous Fall season, against OG, one of the underdog teams. This match also pitted renowned coach Om Kurus against his former team. Similarly, ZhanQ faced off against his former teammate, Niel. This match was arguably one of the highlights not to be missed.

OG's performance as one of the teams debuting in IKL Spring 2026 was quite impressive. With the best talent from Honor of Kings in Indonesia, OG proved their worth as a underdog team in the Indonesian HOK scene. They even defeated Vesakha Esports, a team that had previously pulled off a surprise in the Fall season. These results certainly demonstrate that Bigetron by Vitality should not underestimate OG's strength. Anything can happen in the IKL Spring 2026 playoffs; check out the full review here.

Bigetron by Vitality Defeats OG in the IKL Spring 2026 Playoffs, Second Indonesian Team to Advance to the KWC!

The match between Bigetron by Vitality and OG in the IKL Spring 2026 playoffs marked the closing match of the first day of the playoffs on Friday, April 10, 2026, at Artha Gading Mall, North Jakarta. Similar to the opening match between KAGENDRA and Dominator by Nemesis, the Bigetron vs. OG match will also be played in a best-of-seven (BO7) series format. This match will also determine which Indonesian team will secure a ticket to the Honor of Kings World Cup (KWC) 2026 Esports World Cup.

In the opening match, OG demonstrated their class through disciplined defense. Although Bigetron took early control through ZhanQ (Yao) securing Overlord, OG was able to withstand the onslaught. Tensions escalated in the jungle when Niel (Garuda Kageswara) successfully took down Bigetron's key players, Bal (Yang Jian) and ZhanQ. The situation heated up when Bigetron launched a major offensive with the help of Tempest Dragon, but OG's collective defense repelled them. Capitalizing on the crucial losses of JenMyth and ZhanQ, Ahem (Flowborn Marksman) led an epic comeback that sealed the first game for OG.

Entering the next round, Bigetron by Vitality began to find their rhythm. A fierce battle in the Tyrant area marked the comeback of the "Red Robot" team. Major momentum was generated in the 10th minute when JenMyth (YiXing)'s initiative successfully took down 663 (Lapu-Lapu), which was quickly followed by the defeat of iHanss (Biron) at the hands of LanFeng (Arli). ZhanQ and his teammates capitalized on this advantage to secure Tyrant and Overlord in quick succession. Bigetron's composure in executing objectives ultimately broke down OG's increasingly fragile defense, ultimately leading them to equalize and secure their first point.

Bigetron's dominance became increasingly unstoppable in the third round, with a highly aggressive exchange of attacks. Although OG players like DaoDao (Augran) and iHanss (Charlotte) briefly put up resistance by taking down JenMyth (YuHuan) and Bal (Ata), ZhanQ (Ying) quickly countered with a brilliant move that took down three OG players at once. Bigetron used this momentum to dominate the opponent's jungle and launch a systematic attack. OG's devastation continued as JenMyth and F1 (Mozi) wiped out the remaining players in the mid zone, which ZhanQ then capped off with a perfect straight push into the opponent's base, turning the tide in Bigetron's favor.

In the match point battle, Bigetron pressed again with LanFeng (Loong)'s aggressiveness, breaking down the opponent's defense. Despite fierce resistance from DaoDao (Feyd), who delivered a surprising counter-pressure that eliminated LanFeng and JenMyth, Vitality remained in control. The battle culminated in a crucial teamfight in the Tyrant area, where Bigetron successfully surrounded and took down DaoDao, OG's last hope of defense. The loss of this key pillar left the remaining OG players unable to stem the tide of attacks, allowing Bigetron to secure the crucial point.

The decisive match began with intensity that didn't wane in the slightest. OG took control early thanks to Ahem (Chicha)'s jungle invasion that took out two opposing players, but Bigetron responded quickly with solid play from JenMyth (Xiao Qiao) and LanFeng (Chano). The turning point finally came in the mid zone when F1 (Lapu-Lapu) successfully took down Ahem, the driving force of OG's attack. This golden momentum was perfectly completed by ZhanQ (Augran), who wiped out iHanss and 663, leaving DaoDao helpless. With a landslide 4-1 victory, Bigetron by Vitality officially confirmed themselves as the second Indonesian team to qualify for the KWC 2026 Esports World Cup and advance to the Upper Bracket Final.
