Indonesia to Host PMGO 2026 PUBG Mobile Season 1, to be Held in Jakarta!

However, PUBG Mobile Esports has not officially announced where this global open PUBG Mobile competition will be held, given the numerous countries within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. It is highly likely that the competition will be held in either Indonesia or Malaysia.

Finally, PUBG Mobile Esports Indonesia announced that the PMGO 2026 Season 1 competition will be held in Indonesia. This news is certainly very exciting for Indonesian PUBG Mobile fans because, for the second time since the PMGC, the global open PUBG Mobile competition is back, with Indonesia as the host. This information was also conveyed by Agung Chaniago, Country Head of Level Infinite Indonesia, on Thursday, February 5, 2026.

"DESTINATION: JAKARTA. 2026 PMGO S1 IS OFFICIALLY COMING TO INDONESIA! 2026 PMGO S1 will officially be held in Jakarta, Indonesia! Prepare yourself to see the world's best teams in action," wrote PUBG Mobile Esports Indonesia. The news of Indonesia's appointment as host of PMGO 2026 PUBG Mobile also received support from the Indonesian Esports Executive Board (PB ESI). The Head of Communications for PB ESI, Debora Immanuela, was also present at the PUBG Mobile Esports 2026 roadmap presentation in Kemang, South Jakarta.
