During his guest star appearance on DG Cheat Episode 18, the former Mobile Legends pro player, Tuturu, revealed his reason for leaving the pro scene. He revealed that he suffers from carpal tunnel syndrome – numbness and tingling in the hands and fingers caused by pinched nerves in the wrists.
“Actually, I had revealed the reasons for my retirement oftentimes, I’m no longer physically capable, my hands aren’t that responsive anymore. I have carpal tunnel syndrome, it involves the nerves, and it’s really hard to heal. The doctor told me that I could only play 3 hours a day.”
“If I wanted to be treated, it would take about three years, and yet it would not be healed completely. So, I thought it was better to retire than to have to wait three years to return to the pro scene. And I still wouldn’t be able to play during the treatment, so I would be far behind.”
Tuturu also mentioned that nowadays, he may lose to players with better hand coordination, yet he’s still confident that he still has the brain to compete against the best.
