In the chapter, Nezuko fights to protect her brother, Tanjiro. Even after being sliced to pieces, Nezuko continues fighting thanks to her fast regeneration.

3. Has the Ability to Increase the Sword Skill of Tanjiro

When facing a Lower Moon demon named Rui, Nezuko uses her blood demon technique to strengthen the Nichirin blade of Tanjiro. We can see this ability in the anime in episode 19 when Tanjiro tries to kill Rui. Originally, Tanjiro’s blade is black, but after Nezuko uses her blood demon technique, the sword changes into red and strengthen the effect on demons

Every demon, including Muzan Kibutsuji, immediately dies under the sunlight. But the same thing doesn’t apply to Nezuko since she has sunlight resistance. Thanks to this ability, Nezuko is called the “Chosen Demon” by Muzan Kibutsuji.
