Barats is a Tank-Fighter who has just been released in the Original Server of Mobile Legends a while ago. Like most Tank-Fighter heroes in general, Barats is strong enough to be an Offlaner/Exp Laner. Pros

Enormous Damage

The obvious strength that any Barats player would notice is that this hero can dish out tremendous Damage on his targets. 

The reason why Barats can produce such great Damage is because of his Big Guy (Passive), which amplifies his Basic Attacks after reaching more than 16 stacks.

Aside from that, he also possesses powerful active skills.

Disruptive CC Abilities

Apart from his massive Damage, Barats can also provide disruptive Crowd Controls using his skills. 

With Missile Expert (2), Barats can inflict immense Damage while knocking enemies back and stun them.

And then he has Detona’s Welcome (Ultimate), a skill where Detona, the Dino, will devour a target and stop their movement for a brief moment. 

Detona will spit out the enemy and throw them to a wall of another enemy hero, and stun them for an additional 1s.

Very Strong in the Early Game

Before reaching a higher level or without any core items, Barats is powerful enough to engage in fights in the early game. With his huge Damage and Crowd Control, Barats can easily secure first blood with ease.

Cons

His Skills are Quite Difficult to Master

Barats’ first weakness is that it’s quite difficult to get control of his skills, and it’s pretty easy for the enemy to dodge his skills. It takes perfect timing and positioning for Barats to successfully use his skills.

Positioning is Key to Get the Best Out of His Ultimate

Barats’ Detona’s Welcome has an additional Stun effect for 1s along with additional Damage if Detona spits the target to a wall or other enemy heroes.

Therefore, you need to position yourself properly to get the best out of Detona’s Welcome.

Falls Off Late Game

Although he’s very powerful in the early game, Barats tends to decline in the late game. When the late game arrives, Barats will start to have some difficulties as his Damage is no longer that potent.
