7. Shishui Uchiha

Sasuke’s Susanoo is the strongest so far, mainly after he receives chakra from Rikudo Sennin. His Susanoo is also flexible, and it can use Sasuke’s jutsu like Chidori and Gokakyu no Jutsu.

It can also create a sword to surprise the enemy. The other weapons his Susanoo can use is a bow that can act as a shield but also use Amaterasu and Chidori.
