MPL PH S16 Playoff Schedule, Format, and Match Results

The MPL PH S16 playoffs will use a double-elimination bracket format, with a single-elimination play-in round. In the play-in round, two teams will advance to the semifinals, and a double-elimination bracket will be used. All matches will be played in a best-of-five (BO5) series format, except for the Lower Bracket Final and Grand Final, which will be a best-of-7 (BO7) series.
