After a long wait, Lunox is finally available on Mobile Legends on September 4th, 2018. The hero will have 4 active skills like Zhask, but her first and second skills can’t be used at the same time. She’s considered as unique because she does not gain any benefit from cooldown reduction. But, her skills have short cooldowns and cooldown reduction is changed to magic penetration or resistance depending on the mode! Luckily, Lunox still has her own weaknesses. Here are the 5 tips to counter Lunox in Mobile Legends

1. Use Heroes with Control Skills

When using her ultimate, especially when her chaos mode is on the far right, Lunox keeps on giving magic damage to her target. To counter this, use heroes with control skills such as Vexana, Nana, Johnson, and others to control her and reduce the duration of her ultimate. When you do this Lunox will immediately run away 

2. Kill Her as Soon as Possible

As great as she is, Lunox is still a mage that’s squishy and also easy to kill. When she is being controlled, kill her immediately because she can quickly enter the twilight mode. Use burst damage heroes such as Lesley or Aldous to kill Lunox.

3. Buy Items That Reduces Healing Effects

One of Lunox survivability comes from the heal she receives from her first skill in twilight mode. By purchasing items that can reduce healing effects such as Deadly Blade or Necklace of Durance, she will have difficulties filling her health bar and render her ineffective in team fights

4. Use Natalia

The killer of all non-tank heroes is a natural counter for Lunox. When you give her items with big damage such as Blade of Despair or Berseker’s Fury, Natalia can kill Lunox easily without giving her a chance to escape. But remember to gank Lunox when she has 2 chaos, not twilight. 

5. Use Battle Spell Flicker

Out of ideas to outrun Lunox? The battle spell flicker can be your solution against her. When Lunox in using her ultimate in chaos mode to move place immediately use flicker to get out of her reach! Even if you own tons of magic resistance items, the incoming damage still hurts because of her short cooldowns and will make any tank heroes close to death!
