Monkey D. Luffy has extraordinary abilities from his devil fruit. There are lots of moves that he learned after mastering that devil fruit ability. He can also finish off various opponents using different finishing moves. Here's a list of Monkey D. Luffy's strongest finishing moves in One Piece!

1. Gomu Gomu no Storm

Gomu Gomu no Storm is the last technique used by Monkey D. Luffy when facing Crocodile. At first Luffy used Gomu Gomu no Fusen to make his body big so he could spin in the air.

Followed by consecutive blows, the opponent will receive tremendous damage while in the air. Interestingly, this attack has only been used once by Luffy.

2. Gomu Gomu no Rocket

Gomu Gomu no Rocket became one of the early techniques that Luffy learned and used in the Drum Island arc. This made Luffy a missile man. Luffy will hold on to an object then position himself backwards before finally launching himself through the air.

Not only can it be used to attack opponents, this technique can also make Luffy go somewhere faster. He rarely uses this technique in battle. Luffy defeats Buggy and Wapol with this technique, sending them flying far away.

3. Gomu Gomu no Jet Pistol

Luffy's Gear Second allows him to pump blood faster throughout his body, increasing his metabolism drastically. Interestingly, this technique can only be done by Luffy. Evidently, Luffy's rubber body produces great resistance from increased blood pressure to his body.

Using Gear Second is also accompanied by a massive expulsion of steam from his entire body. Luffy burns nutrients very quickly due to the high metabolic rate generated by Gear Second. In Gear Second mode, Luffy is able to defeat Blueno with one strike.

4. Gomu Gomu no Jet Gatling

Monkey D. Luffy's last move that is quite interesting is a combination of Gomu Gomu no Jet Gatling, a new technique that Luffy learns in Gear Second mode. This is the final attack that defeats Lucci at Enies Lobby.

In Gear Second mode, Luffy's fist travels much faster than usual. Lucci couldn't see this speed at all, let alone avoid it.

5. Gomu Gomu No Ougon Rifle

This Gomu Gomu no Ougon Rifle is actually a very unique move because Luffy got it by accident. The entanglement of Luffy's hand in the giant golden ball made him unable to move freely until he finally learned this last move.

His speed is so high that even Enel, who can move at the speed of light, doesn't move. In the end, Enel fell and lost to Luffy.

6. Gomu Gomu no Elephant Gatling

Just like Gear Second, Luffy has also increased the use of the Gear Third technique after the time skip and removed all of his weaknesses. By using it in combination with Haki, he gains access to various new abilities such as Gomu Gomu no Elephant Gatling, which he used to defeat the main antagonist of the Fishman Island arc, Hody Jones.

This technique is actually the same as the usual Gatling Gun, only it is strengthened by Gear Third and Busoshoku Haki.

7. Gomu Gomu no Grizzly Magnum

The Grizzly Magnum was first shown by Luffy in the Punk Hazard arc, when he faced the main antagonist, Caesar Clown. Even though Luffy's hand was slightly poisoned from Caesar's Shinokuni jutsu, he was still able to beat him with a strong push coated with Busoshoku Haki.

Gomu Gomu no Grizzly Magnum can also be said to be a stronger version of Gomu Gomu no Bazooka, with the addition of Gear Third and Busoshoku Haki.

8. Gomu Gomu no King Kong Gun

When fighting Doflamingo in Dressrosa, Luffy almost lost when using Gear Second and Gear Third. But things turned around after Luffy used a top move that he had never used before, Gear Fourth.

Luffy needs to use this power to defeat Doflamingo. Gomu Gomu no King Kong Gun is able to break Doflamingo's strongest defense to defeat him.

9. Gomu Gomu no King Cobra

This technique was learned by Luffy from his fierce battle against Katakuri at Whole Cake Island. Luffy had difficulty facing the top-level Kenbunshoku Haki from Katakuri who could even see the future. But this is precisely what awakens Luffy's new power, Snakeman.

In Snakeman mode, Luffy can move much faster. His new move, Gomu Gomu no King Cobra, Katakuri cannot predict. In the end, this very fast move was able to knock Katakuri down.

10. Gomu Gomu no Bajrang Gun

This is the last move Luffy uses to defeat Kaido. This move itself makes Luffy's hand big like an island, which is also coated with high-level Busoshoku Haki aka Ryuo, and there is a possibility that Luffy also has Haoshoku Haki.
