The PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) 2025 kicked off on Thursday, April 10, 2025, with the Prelims marking the initial stage of the competition. This year's PMGO is structured into two segments: the Prelims and the Main Event, taking place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Top PUBG Mobile teams from around the globe are participating in PMGO 2025, including a representative squad from Indonesia. The Kanzha Esports team, competing under the name KZE Underage, proudly represents Indonesia after successfully advancing through the Open Qualifier phase.

During the prelims, the competition will identify 7 additional teams to join the roster for the PMGO 2025 Main Event. Alongside invited teams, one team will emerge from the Uzbekistan Finals champion, and 7 teams will qualify from the prelims.

KZE Underage's journey has been remarkable. They have fought hard to represent Indonesia and put forth their best efforts. Unfortunately, they finished in 8th place and did not secure a spot in the Main Event. What challenges will KZE Underage face as they represent Indonesia at PMGO 2025? Stay tuned for our detailed review.

Kanzha Esports, representing Indonesia in PMGO 2025, was eliminated in the prelims round

For those who may not be familiar with Kanzha Esports, they are an esports team that has participated in the PUBG Mobile National Championship (PMNC) for two consecutive years, specifically in 2023 and 2024, before advancing to PMGO 2025.

One notable player on the team is Denny "Devann7" Rhamdany, who previously went by the name Gremory while playing for BOOM Esports and GPBR Esports alongside several promising young talents. As mentioned earlier, KZE Underage is an Indonesian team that successfully qualified through the Open Qualifier round.

The Prelims took place over two days, on April 10-11, 2025. During this period, the top seven teams would move on to the Main Event. The Prelims consisted of six consecutive rounds, following the standard map rotation rules.

On the first day, KZE Underage put forth a commendable effort, even securing a WWCD in the second game on Erangel. By the end of the first day, they had achieved 8th place with a total of 32 points, keeping their hopes alive for a spot in the Main Event.

However, the second day brought a series of challenges for KZE Underage. Despite their solid performance, they faced tough competition from local teams, particularly from Uzbekistan, which ultimately hindered their chances of advancing.

In the end, KZE Underage finished in 9th place with a total of 69 points, which unfortunately did not qualify them for the Main Event. Nevertheless, as an Indonesian team competing in PMGO 2025, we should recognize and appreciate the hard work and determination of Kanzha Esports. Thank you, and we look forward to a stronger comeback from KZE Underage.
