Adam and Eve are the 2 main characters to be released in Free Fire. After three years of service accompanying Survivors, Garena decides to change these characters’ names into Primus and Nulla. Some Survivors probably don’t know about this trivial matter because these two characters don’t have any special skills so they are almost untouched, but what is Garena’s reason to change their name?

Adam and Eve are the names that are familiar with Moslems and Christians. In their respective Scripture, Adam and Eve (or also known as Adam and Hawa in some translations) are the first humans to be created, similar to them in Free Fire where Adam and Eve are the first playable characters. Surely to avoid sensitive issues, Garena decides to change their names into Primus dan Nulla.

This sudden change sparks pros and cons among fans. Many people respect Garena’s decision to avoid dealing with religious issues, but some already get attached to Adam and Eve. Despite the debate among Survivors, this change doesn’t affect their gameplay, because this change is limited to their names only, and from their skill to appearance, there’s no changing whatsoever.

Survivors are hoped to respect this change and support Garena’s decision. Sometimes sudden change can be a burden, but people will get used to it over time!
