As the story progresses in an anime series, every character shows their characteristics. And, according to some anime fans, they feel that some characters are so relatable for certain reasons.

The reason why they feel a relation towards those characters is either they represent the feelings of the audience or share the same characteristics as them. Therefore, they start to feel that they can relate to these characters as they would give the same response in a similar situation.

So, who are the most relatable anime characters? Without further ado, let’s get into it!

1. Yu Ishigami, Kaguya-sama: Love is War

Starting at number one, we have Yu Ishigami from Kaguya-sama: Love Is War. Ishigami is a seemingly kind, intelligent, and rational character. However, Ishigami is actually a loner and loves to play games wherever he is.

2. Oreki Houtarou, Hyouka

Another relatable anime character is Oreki Houtarou of Hyouka. Oreki is depicted as a lazy student who prefers to “save his energy” -- he doesn’t want to spend his energy doing something he deems to be useless.

However, Oreki actually has a high level of intelligence as there are several moments where Oreki solves difficult mysteries.
