Kyu thinks women in gaming and esports are really cool! Hence, Kyu has the view, “There is nothing that Kyu considers as a challenge because Kyu is very optimistic HUAHAUAHAUA”.
This beautiful woman born in Pekanbaru has a hobby of playing the game Marvel Rivals. When she decided to switch from Twitch streaming to YouTube, Kyu was finally noticed by Geek Fam.
2. Geek Amoy
Amoy chose GTA Roleplay if she could only play one game in her lifetime. Not only beautiful, this woman who has dreams of becoming a content creator and businesswoman has actually become a pro player in one of the Mobile Legends esports teams!
“I strongly support women who are interested in games so that we can also compete regardless of gender and women can also prove their quality in the world of esports,” Amoy's opinion on women who have dreams in games and esports.
3. Geek Cima
This woman who loves Valorant and Mobile Legends was once insecure about herself because of pressure from some people. Fortunately, Cima has principles that help her survive and keep her enthusiasm to continue working.
“If I get pressure from some people who don't like me, it sometimes makes me insecure, but fortunately my life motto is YOLO aka you only live once,” said Cima.
Cima himself feels challenged to learn a lot about games and esports. Moreover, she's really happy to be able to make a lot of friends and meet the super cool and exciting GeekFammunity.
For those of you women who have an interest in gaming and esports, Cima has a message, “That's really cool! The thing is, people rarely like it when girls play games because the stigma is that if girls play games, they must be lame. But don't be afraid, guys!!! We're both learning to be cooler, so there's nothing wrong with that!”
4. Geek Aleyna
Mobile Legends, GTA RP, and Valorant are her favorite games. Starting her career as a PUBG Mobile streamer on Facebook in 2020, Aleyna grew and became known. Until at the end of 2022, Aleyna was finally notified by Geek Fam to join as a talent.
Behind all that, Aleyna admits that she is actually a shy and introverted person. “But it was my fear that made me move forward and dare to try to be a different person and get out of my comfort zone. Even though my energy ran out immediately afterward.”
However, that's what made her learn to communicate better and be braver. “Dare to perform in front of the public, get new experiences that I have never tried, get to know great people in the esports world, and make me motivated again to be like them.”
5. Geek Carol
Carol has many favorite games, including Valorant, Stardew Valley, Life is Strange, and Silent Hill. Carol started her career by playing Valorant and trying out live streaming, until she was invited by Geek Fam to join.
Unfortunately, Carol admitted that she was insecure because she felt that she was inadequate and her knowledge of esports was still basic. Determined to become an artist, Carol continues to pursue her career.
“Personally, I'm really happy that there are many people who are familiar with and enter esports regardless of gender. Because in my opinion, esports can be enjoyed by anyone (all ages/genders)”
6. Geek Pudel
This woman who has a penchant for playing The Sims 4 turns out to have noble aspirations as a veterinarian. In between her busy schedule, Pudel often streams playing GTA 5, which is what made Geek Fam finally invite her to become a talent.
Being criticized and blamed for her physique often makes her feel insecure. But on the other hand, Pudel thinks women who are interested in gaming and esports are cool.
“They prove that the gaming world is for everyone, there are no gender and physical limitations. everyone can enter the world of esports!”
“Meeting a lot of great people, being able to work according to your interests, getting a lot of support, for sadness maybe when there is a lot of support but there are also many people who don't like it and then give nasty comments, just that, the rest of me is very happy and happy to be in this esports world.”
7. Geek Nath
Nath dreams of becoming a businessman. His passion for playing Valorant and streaming led him to be spotted by Geek Fam and join the team as a talent.
The owner of the real name Natarine Averina has an optimistic view of women's career opportunities in gaming and esports. “With so many people interested in gaming and esports, it gives women the opportunity to get a job.”
“The joy is getting to know a lot of people and making new friends. For the downsides, there is nothing specific, but it's more about being able to divide time between esport work and other jobs.”
