Hashirama Senju was by far the most important person in the history of the Senju Clan. Not only did he become the strongest person in the Era of War, but became the only controller of the wood element Kekkei Genkai.

Surprisingly, none of the other members of this clan possess this Kekkei Genkai, which makes absolutely no sense. Hashirama's grandchildren also never demonstrated the ability to use this power. Tsunade is the Last Descendant of the Senju Clan

The Senju clan is one of the few clans where Tsunade Senju is the last person to bear the name. When Konohagakure was formed, most of the people living there were the Senju clan while the other half were the Uchiha clan.

Strangely, Hashirama Senju has a child of his own who is never seen in the whole story. All things considered, the Senju Clan probably should have flourished instead of just ending it.

The Fate of His Clan Members is Very Unclear

The Senju clan had many members when Konohagakure was formed, but it did not last forever. There were several clan members whose names were mentioned but their whereabouts just disappeared. There is no clear story as to why the number of the Senju clan decreased and they disappeared.

In comparison, the Uchiha Clan had far more members until Itachi Uchiha stepped in and massacred everyone. It is still unknown where the Senju Clan members went.

There Were No Other Clan Leaders After Hashirama Senju

Hashirama Senju became the leader of the Senju Clan at a young age. By fighting countless battles, he rose to the pinnacle of the era and was known as the strongest. Hashirama was made the clan leader, and this was an important step towards the establishment of Konohagakure and a more peaceful world.

Surprisingly, there is no known leader of the Senju Clan after Hashirama Senju. Undoubtedly, the title should have gone to Tobirama Senju, but Hashirama was the last known official leader. This is, of course, quite strange.
