Oshi No Ko Opening Titled 'Idol' by YOASOBI is Played 400 Million Times, Topping the Japan's Oricon Chart!
YOASOBI is breaking records again with their popular song, this time, the single “Idol” which is the opening song of Oshi No Ko, is making a new record.

YOASOBI is breaking new history again when the opening theme song of Oshi No Ko titled “Idol”. The song has been streamed 400 million according to Oricon Japan's weekly song streaming ranking. Oricon and Sony Music also announced that the song “Idol” became the fastest song in Oricon chart history to reach 400 million streams.
This is YOASOBI's fourth song to reach 400 million streams after "Into The Night" which reached more than 800 million streams, followed by singles like "Monster" and "Ultramarine" which both reached more than 500 million streams. YOASOBI is ranked second behind Official HIGE DANdism which already has five songs that have passed the 400 million stream mark.
“Idol” is the theme song to the anime Oshi No Ko which premiered in Japan on April 12 with the first episode running for 90 minutes and ending with a total of 11 episodes on June 28 in the first season. The second season of this anime is confirmed to be coming but still no date is given. Wait for further news!
