National Student Esports League 2024 Ready for the Grand Finals

Four school teams, namely SMAN 1 Pontianak, SMA Xaverius 1 Palembang, SMK RISTEK KIKIN, and SMA Sandikta, have successfully advanced to the Grand Finals of the National Student Esports League 2024. Throughout the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) tournament, these teams showcased popular heroes and strong strategies. Here are some interesting facts about the favorite heroes and top players during the tournament!

5 Most Popular Heroes:

During the tournament, Nathan was the most picked hero, chosen 23 times due to his flexibility on the battlefield. Alpha and Gatotkaca were picked 13 times each, while Hylos and Phoveus were picked 12 and 10 times respectively for their defensive capabilities and ability to hold back enemies.

Most Banned Heroes:

Several heroes were banned frequently due to their overpowering abilities. Suyou was banned 32 times, Zhuxin 24 times, and Mathilda and Ling were banned 12 and 10 times respectively. Gatotkaca, though popular, was also often banned.

Top 10 MVP Players:

This tournament also featured many talented players. Rasya Fairly Dafansyah Dwipayana from SMAN 1 Pontianak led the MVP points ranking with 76.8 points as a Gold Lane player. Davelino Felix Augstine from SMA Xaverius 1 Palembang also stood out with 70.2 points as a Jungler.

The Grand Finals will be a chance for young players to showcase their skills. This tournament is also a stepping stone for those aspiring to a career in professional esports. In addition to Mobile Legends, the tournament also features Honor of Kings and EA FC Mobile, which attracted a large number of participants.
