1. Meshing Cogs

For F2P players who may not have gotten a good 4-star Light Cone or 5 Harmony, you can temporarily attach Meshing Cogs to Sparkle. 3. Past and Future

As a Harmony character whose role is to strengthen the team, Sparkle is also suitable to use this Light Cone. When the user uses his skill, the next action performed by teammates (except the user), will increase DMG by 16% for 1 turn.

4. But The Battle Isn't Over

This is Bronya's special Light Cone which is a good choice for Harmony characters. Even if you don't have Bronya, of course you can also use it on other Harmony characters like Sparkle. The function of this Light Cone is to maximize the DMG and speed of the DPS in the team.

But The Battle Isn't Over increases the user's Energy Regeneration by 8%/10%/12%/14%/16% and provides 1 Skill Point when the user uses Ultimate. This effect will appear every 2 Ultimate uses from the user. Then when the user uses a Skill, the next partner who takes a turn will provide an additional DMG of 30%/37.5%/45%/52.5%/60% for 1 turn.

5. Earthly Escapade

Earthly Escapade is Sparkle's special Light Cone which is the best choice for her. It increases the user's Crit DMG by 32%. When the battle starts, the user will gain "Mask" for 3 turns. When the user has "Mask", it will increase 10% CRIT Rate and 28% CRIT DMG of the user's teammates. 

As much as possible, use this Light Cone if you have it. Because this is the best choice for Sparkle.
