Ishigami Byakuya is one of the interesting characters in Dr. Stone since his story surprises caught may fan off guard. These are five facts about Ishigami Byakuya that Dunia Games will talk about. See them below!

1. Not the Biological Father of Senkuu

When Ruri is telling everyone about the story of Byakuya, she expects that Senkuu is the relative of Byakuya. Senkuu then explains that he is not the biological son of Byakuya but just a freeloader.

Uniquely, Senkuu and Byakuya look similar. Not only that, the way Byakuya speak mimics Senkuu, in an example, the way he says, "ten billion percent." The difference between Byakuya and Senkuu is their knowledge, Byakuya is blind about science, while Senkuu is a genius at the topic.

2. A Spin-Off

The artist of Dr. Stone, Boichi, decides to create a Dr. Stone spin-off that focuses on the story of Ishigami Byakuya. The reason being Ichigakmi Byakuya is an interesting character and have fewer appearances, to be more accurate when Ruri told Senkuu about the founder of Ishigami Village.

The manga is titled Dr. Stone reboot: Byakuya. The first is already released and told us the story of how Ishigami when he was in outer space until humanity is petrified. Maybe in the spin-off manga, he finds out why humanity is petrified?

3. Accurate Prediction

After all of the humans are petrified, Byakuya believes that one-day, Senkuu will be released from his petrification and comes to the village he builds. Sounds crazy, but his prediction is accurate. 

After a thousand years, Senkuu is back and comes to the village.
Byakuya told the story of Senkuu for generations, so his descendant will know about Senkuu.

4. Loves Senkuu

After knowing Senkuu's interest in science, Byakuya sold his car so he can buy Senkuu research tools. Although Senkuu is not his biological son, he wanted Senkuu to have a bright future. Senkuu inherits his ignorance (in the right way).

5. Byakuya's Dream is to be an Astronaut

Byakuya gave up to be an astronaut, but Senkuu cheers on him by making him an automatic swimming suit. The reason being Byakuya has a hard time moving around when he is wearing his astronaut suit.

And rightfully so, Byakuya is motivated to be an astronaut again, and he promises to bring asteroids for Senkuu as a gift.
