Rill becomes a fortunate person because he has Walter, a loyal servant who always on his side. When Rill is under a frustration, Walter snaps him and brings him to become a Magic Knight, a place where he can show his true potentials. Rill is also very indebted to Walter and saying that he’s the person who makes him become a true man.

2. Doesn’t Care About Status

Even though he came from a noble family, Rill doesn’t look at someone based on their status. Doesn’t care if they’re nobles or commoners, Rill thinks that everybody is the same. It is shown from his friendship with Asta who is a commoner. Rill thinks Asta as a friend without looking down on him. This nature should be every Captain on the Clover Kingdom.

3. Has Similarities With Hitsugaya Toshiro

Rill has painting magic, and Hitsugaya has skills to produce ice. It looks like there are no similar things between their abilities. Yes, because their similarities don’t come from their fighting abilities, but rather serves as the captain at a young age on their respective squad.

Hitsugaya is a Captain on Division 10 in Gotei 13, while Rill is a captain on Azure Deer. Although he’s still young, both of them cannot be underestimated.

4. Master of Mimicry

Aside from serving as the youngest captain, Rill also has a funny attitude. Turns out he’s a master of mimicking people’s faces and behaviors. This is shown when Rill mimicking Fuegoleon’s serious face and the captain of Black Bull, Yami Sukehiro’s lazy face. During a meeting among captains, only Rill’s behavior can break the ice.

5. The Youngest Captain Clover Kingdom

Rill Boismortier becomes the youngest captain in the Clover Kingdom and leads Azure Deer squad. Becoming a captain to lead a squad in the Clover Kingdom surely is not an easy task. Even though he’s still 19 years old, Rill has a tremendous amount of mana and his magical ability is far from kids around his age. This is the reason why Magic Emperor chooses him as a captain in Azure Deer.
