Hinata Hyuuga is a member of Team 10 alongside Kiba Inuzuka and Shino Aburame. As a member of the Hyuuga Clan, Hinata’s jutsu combine Juken techniques, and Byakugan powers have tremendous power where they can constrict or completely cut off someone’s chakra flow.

Yet, due to her shy nature, Hinata was constantly underestimated by the entire clan members. Luckily, she met Naruto, where the determination of the roguish ninja spread to Hinata, turning her into a strong, resolute figure like a winter aconitum flower that still able to bloom under the snow. So, here are five jutsu of Hinata Hyuuga, which show the toughness of the sweet long-haired girl!

5. Hakke Kusho

One of the few Hyuuga Clan’s jutsu which allows them to attack from a distance. After finding vital spots of the enemy by using Byakugan, Hinata throws some kind of fist, making a powerful wave of air formed by Juken, gets through the body, hit the weak points of internal organs, and blowing them off from a distance.

4. Hakke Rokujuuyon Shou

A typical Juken combat technique. Hinata pierces the enemy’s body with a series of 64 punches, striking their tenketsu (chakra nodes) stopping their chakra flow - making them run out of chakra and couldn’t stand anymore.

Aside from incapacitating the enemy, Hakke Rokujuuyon Shou can also be used to protects oneself by deflecting projectiles. With those series of 64 punches, Hinata can deflect a barrage of attacks.

Hakke Rokujuuyon Shou is also one of the secret jutsu of the Hyuga Clan’s main house - only known by the head of the Clan and their heir. Neji, who’s a member of the Clan’s branch house, mastered this jutsu just by observing it being performed - proving that he’s a genius prodigy.

3. Hakkesho Kaiten

This Hinata’s particular jutsu requires an advanced chakra control ability. Firstly, she emits chakra from all of her tenketsu, spins rapidly with high velocity, forming a sphere of chakra around her that will throw anyone and anything in her vicinity. This technique is said to be one of the best forms of defense.

2. Shugohakke Rokujuuyon Sho

It can be seen as an improvement of Hakkesho Kaiten. Hinata is able to emit chakra from her palms, forming thin yet sharp threads. Those chakra threads can be used as an offensive move to attack from a distance with precision, as well as a defensive technique by forming a wall or dome around herself. Since it’s as sharp as a knife, this wall of chakra will also hurt anyone who tries to enter it.

1. Hakke Sojishi Hogeki

An advanced Juken technique and also categorized as a hiden technique that is only taught within the Hyuuga Clan’s main house. Hinata emits an enormous amount of chakra from her fists, forming guardian lion-shaped shrouds. Aside from its devastating power, this jutsu also absorbs enemies’ chakra and can be combined with Hakke Rokujuuyon Sho.

Hinata is able to multiply the effectiveness and power of this jutsu she obtained the chakra of Hamura Otsutsuki; increase the size of the lion-shaped shroud and change the color of the chakra to purple.
