Sakura Haruno is a teammate of Naruto and Sasuke. After Naruto chose to become Jiraiya’s student while Sasuke was seeking for Orochimaru’s power, Sakura also studied another Sannin, Tsunade.

Being under a medic ninja’s wing as great as Tsunade gave Sakura not only expertise in healing wounds, but also improved her close combat skills that rely on control and deadly punches! What are the jutsus that became Sakura’s specialty? Take a look at the list below.

5. Sakura Blizzard Jutsu

Before taken under Tsunade’s wing, Sakura already had a quite strong move to annihilate her enemies! Sakura throws hundreds of kunai attached with explosive tags unbeknownst to her opponents. As those tags surrounded the opponent, Sakura will add one more as a trigger to create a barrage of explosions, making it bigger and stronger.

This Jutsu was used by Sakura in Naruto the Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow and is playable in the game Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 3 as her strongest move.

4. Saikan Chushutsu no Jutsu

This technique requires precision and expertise in diagnosing, operating, and controlling high-level chakra. Therefore, it’s considered high-difficulty even for a medic ninja expert.

When someone got poisoned, Saikan Chushutsu no Jutsu can be used as immediate assistance by drawing out the poison and heal the wound. First, the cause of the illness and the types of poison can be read from the patient’s chakra. Then, using a chakra scalpel, the medical-nin makes an incision on the patient’s affected area and pushes the medicinal fluid and extracts the toxin from the body.

3. Kekkai Shiho Fujin

Tsunade’s technique was created to seal the Tailed Beasts and was passed down to Shizune, Sakura, Ino, and Hinata. It requires 4 ninjas with the same high-level control of chakra and concentration. If successful, this jutsu can seal the Three Tailed Beast in its own dimension.

2. Okasho

By gathering the chakra in her hand before punching her opponent, Sakura not only able to crush her opponent but also do some collateral damage to the surroundings. This move has a different name, 'Cherry Blossom Clash' as the ground affected by this jutsu fractures into small flying pieces, just like cherry flower petals. 

Although most of the people may see this jutsu as an enhanced physical prowess, actually, Okasho is an application of medical-ninjutsu that requires constant concentration and chakra control.

1. Byakugo

The pinnacle of medical-ninjutsu and regeneration/healing technique. Since it’s extremely rare and challenging to study, Tsunade and Sakura are the only ones who had mastered this jutsu. As long as still chakra in their reserve, Byakugo users will always heal from their wound, making them almost immortal. In addition, Byakugo can also be transferred to another person to get a high regeneration effect.
