Kaguya Otsutsuki is a chakra ancestor who came from different dimensions. 5. Shikotsumyaku

ViaTomogoroshi no Haikotsu, this technique shows Kaguya shoots her bones into the enemy, then Kekkei Genkai Shikotsumyaku is born which is inherited to Kaguya clan. This Kekkai Genkai allows the growth or bone’s capabilities by pouring chakra into calcium inside the user’s body, making the user o have an impenetrable shield. Then Shikotsumyaku can be said as the strongest Taijutsu technique in existence.

Although this Kekkei Genkai is very rare until only a few Kaguya clan have this, with Kimimaro as the sole owner over the past several generations. Shikotsumyaku also gives the user a different bone structure compared to a normal human, so they will have a certain disease that is hard enough to be cured.

4. Byakugan

Kaguya is the first person to be shown using Byakugan in the ninja world as a member of the Otsusuki clan from another dimension. After that, a few of Kaguya’s grandchildren have this Kekkei Genkai dojutusu, starting from Hamura. With other inherited dojutsu, Byakugan is considered as one of 3 Strongest Dojutsu.

Commonly, Byakugan eyes are obtained since birth, make the user have white greyish irises. But, in certain cases like Himawari Uzumaki, this dojutsu must be distributed first. In Itachi Shinden story, it is said that a Hyuga descendant who is not pure and their blood is mixed with other clans has a probability to awaken Byakugan in one eye.

3. Sharingan

One of 3 Strongest Dojutsu from and one of two that descends from Rinne Sharingan. Kekkei Genkai of Uchiha Clan which only born on a certain family member, managed to be awakened by Hagoromo Otsusuki for the first time, Kaguya’s son.

When the user’s eyes feel an overflowing emotion for someone they love the most, then their eyes will turn into Sharingan. Then Sharingan has a nickname as “eyes that reflect the heart”.

2. Rinnegan

Dubbed as the strongest eyes among 3 Strongest Dojutsu, it is said that on the chaos times there’ll be someone who has a Rinnegan; either as “God of Creation” who can make a world peace or “God of Destruction” who will destroy everything. 

Rinnegan itself manifested for the first time by Hagoromo Otsusuki, this power originates from Rinne Sharingan from his mother. With Rinnegan, Hagoromo can save the world from 10 Tailed Beast as well as creating ninshu, ninjutsu’s predecessor.

Kekkei Genkai that consist of Wood and Water element, which is identical to Senju Clan. This ability is to make woods and trees everywhere the user stands on is very rare even so far only Hashirama Senju only who learn this Kekkai Genkai naturally.

Wood Element itself considered originates from 10 Tailed Beast, a transformation of Kaguya and God Tree which is created after Kaguya struggles to obtain Hagoromo and Hamura’s chakra.
