The 38th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine announced on Monday 21st August 2023 that Yuki Tabata's manga Black Clover will continue its saga in Jump Giga magazine. The last chapter to be published in Weekly Shonen Jump is in this 38th issue. The next chapter of the manga will appear in the winter issue of Jump Giga. Shueisha publishes four issues of Jump Giga annually, one for each season.

Yuki Tabata commented on the move, stating that he will work hard to end the manga successfully, and that Jump Giga magazine would be a better fit for his situation as a writer.

"Black Clover" pertama kali dimuat di Weekly Shonen Jump pada bulan Februari 2015. Viz Media menerbitkan manga ini dalam versi digital dan cetak, sementara layanan MANGA Plus milik Shueisha juga merilis manga ini dalam versi digital.

Manga ini sempat mengalami hiatus selama tiga bulan pada akhir April 2022 agar Tabata bisa mempersiapkan "arc terakhir" dari ceritanya. Kemudian, manga ini dilanjutkan kembali pada Agustus 2022. Pengumuman dari Weekly Shonen Jump hari Senin juga menyatakan bahwa "arc terakhir" manga ini sudah mendekati puncaknya.

Black Clover was first published in Weekly Shonen Jump in February 2015. Viz Media published the manga in digital and print versions, while Shueisha's MANGA Plus service also released the manga in digital version.

The manga went on hiatus for three months at the end of April 2022 so Tabata could prepare for the "final arc" of the story. The manga will then resume in August 2022. Monday's announcement in Weekly Shonen Jump also stated that the manga's "final arc" is nearing its climax.

The manga's anime version first premiered in Japan in October 2017. Originally planned for 51 episodes, it continued with a new season with its 52nd episode in October 2018, and then again with a new season in October 2019. Run was discontinued starting April 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and continued in July 2020 with the 133rd episode. The show then aired its last episode, the 170th episode, in March 2021.

Crunchyroll and Netflix are streaming the anime series in Japanese with English subtitles, while Funimation is streaming the English version. The series also premiered on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block in December 2017.

Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King (Black Clover: Mahо̄tei no Ken) opened in Japan on June 16th and was also broadcast globally via Netflix on the same date.

Additionally, the manga is inspiring a stage play that will begin at Theater 1010 Tokyo from September 14th-18th 2023, and at Kanagawa Arts Theater Kanagawa from September 22nd-24th 2023.
