The Indonesia Kings Laga (IKL) Spring 2025 competition has entered its fifth week where the Regular Season round is nearing its end. In the last two weeks, each team will face a cross-group match where the Tyrant group teams will face the Overlord group teams.
Each team is starting to face big challenges. However, some of the top teams do seem to be able to get through each match easily. The story is different with teams that are still in the development stage or are still looking for the right foundation for the game.
Or, the worst is the bottom teams that have little chance of making it to the playoffs. One example of a team that is struggling or fighting hard in IKL Spring 2025 is Alter Ego Enma. With Pai's comeback, unfortunately this team's potential is not as bright as its competitors.
What is Alter Ego Enma's problem in IKL Spring 2025? Check out the team coach, Zeromania's answer regarding this in detail.
Alter Ego Coach Enma's Response Regarding Team Issues in IKL Spring 2025
In a recent interview with HOK Esports, Zeromania, the coach of Alter Ego Enma, addressed various questions about his team's current performance. One key topic was the reasons behind their disappointing results.
Zeromania shared that every team has its unique development journey. Some teams are built to achieve immediate success, while others may need to endure losses before they can improve. For Alter Ego Enma, it's simply a matter of time.
He stated, "I take this question seriously. Each team has its own timeline for development. Some teams can perform well right away but then face losing streaks, while others may struggle initially but eventually find their footing and stop losing. We can't predict which teams will follow which path."
He emphasized that timing is crucial, saying, "'Everything takes time."
Zeromania also pointed out that one of the challenges in developing his team is ensuring compatibility and chemistry among the players. Although the coaching staff has established a solid framework, differing perspectives among players can slow down progress.
"Compatibility is a key obstacle in team development. We have a well-structured plan, but since everyone has their own viewpoints, it requires time to align," he explained.
"I have faith in my players. They are incredibly talented, and if I didn't believe in them, I would have let them go," he added.
Additionally, Zeromania noted that the Tyrant Group, where Alter Ego competes, is quite challenging. However, he commended the performance of all teams in the IKL Spring 2025.
'It's not just Alter Ego going through this development phase. The Tyrant Group is tough, but I see that all teams are making progress, and I'm pleased to witness the growth in the IKL. We all aspire to be the best,' he concluded.
